Do you know how to divide polynomials?

I'm assuming you meant 4x+3 over the 4x^3

>> No.2705597

<span class="math"> \frac{4x+3}{4x^3 - 29x^2 - 40x -12}=\left(\frac{4x^3 - 29x^2 - 40x -12}{4x+3}\right)^{-1}
Do some algebraic long division, flip back over.

I'm in calculis
How do I forget this. ;_;

Also apparently the answer given by >>2705562 was incorrect.
More questions on the way...

Also, he's right. It simplifies to <span class="math"> \frac{1}{x(x-8)-4}
