I hate how this will negate every argument I bring in discussions about nuclear power.

>"Reactors are not safe, take Japan as an example"

On a related note, should I feel bad if I despise greenpeace just for the desinformation they spread concerning Nuclear Power?

Maybe I should be a politician. Because god knows none of you faggots are going to do it.

Vote Dave in the 2012 House elections for CA district 12.

As long as we don't build power plants in areas that are highly vunerable to large weather disasters (e.g. the southeast, Tornado Alley, California), the probability of a nuclear accident on par with the one in Japan should be minimal.

You now realize even if a handful of really intelligent people were elected to senate they would not be able to do shit without the vote of the other 50% or so on relatively ignorant or fundamentalist christian people.

This is American democracy.

What does this have to do with religious fundamentalism? You don't have to be a fundie to be stupid.

Watch it, Australian. Your country's inept and nauseatingly PC leadership isn't much to be admired. I've spent enough time in both countries to know the grass isn't greener.
