If I wanted to graph a Fibonacci spiral but with it continuing in the other direction like this,

(...-8, 5, -3, 2, -1, 1, 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8...)

How would I represent 0 and negative numbers on the graph?

You want to look into the golden spiral, not fibonacci.

Whenever you have to use a negative number, just move in the opposite direction from what you normally would. In this case, it takes you along the same path in reverse.
