Why the hell is it so goddamn hard to transfer universities, /sci/?

I'm applying as a junior transfer and the schools want me to ask for my high school counselor's recommendation? She probably doesn't even remember me; it's been two years already. Not to mention I have to physically hand my papers to her because my school doesn't do Common App forms online nor does my high school.

I went through exactly the same thing, OP. They made it hell for sure. They actually claimed to have lost parts of my application and wanted me to redo them. I ended up saying fuck it. So I guess they won.
