If a pregnant woman were to eat a diet without any carbon in it, would the child still be a carbon based organism?

I'm 90% helium because my mom was huffing when I was a baby. When I was born the doctors had a real easy time getting me out, except when they tried to smack my bum and I ended up flying towards the roof. They had a heck of a time getting me down from the ceiling as I was swinging and bouncing around in my wild flail. I actually made it outside of the room and everyone started screaming bloody murder.

I remember it to this day.
