honestly? Take over the world? By yourself you dont have the skill. Want to get it done though? First you need really good people skills. Learn some basic psychology/sociology, get good at talking to/convincing/reading people. PEOPLE are your biggest asset in your attempt at a take over. You're going to need basic-intermediate knowledge in pretty much every subject to stand a serious chance. Go to a used bookstore, pick up a few textbooks and get to reading. Then begin recruiting people with various skill sets into your organization. Off the top of my head you're going to need scientists to falsify research that can support whatever you want, exmilitary for the nitty gritty, criminal scum, a few whores to blackmail politicians, a few people you can help get into office (you should have substantial dirt on them), you know its your organization use your imagination. Recruit some people high up in the media business (like executives, get some pics of them doing coke off a tranny hooker's dick or something) begin using your connections to manipulate people and go from there. This is a very broad overview but it should get you thinking about the proper way to go about it. You as the coordinator need to know a bit of everything to tell the bullshit from the legit shit when recruiting people. Its a really long process.
