Beats me. I'm doubling on it personally. The classes aren't that different, and business and finance just come naturally. Double major in Accounting and Finance and minor in economics.
Btw, Accountants earn less because they do not pull in as many hours as an individual in finance. Also, their is less profit potential in accounting than finance. They just need the accountants to make the financial statements say what they want them to stay while remaining within the guidelines of the SEC.

I really want to teach university in Thailand (most likely engineering) so I can be closer with my Wife's family, but because Thailand is derp about giving jobs to foreigners, regardless of skill, she ended up moving to the US; though I have been looking into teaching in Singapore.

I can either have a "meh" job and make a ton of money, or I can have a job I enjoy, but make no money... and I like having money. though in five years of saving I could retire for life down there, but if I do not work I am bored easy.

Thanks, I became an engineer to improve the quality of life for people, but I do not feel like I can do that in the states, and teaching people in the states does not seem as appealing because not a lot of people are there to learn.

maybe I will take a holiday and do some good for the people there, if my wife is up for it.
