Actually, you can have negative temperatures (in kelvin).

The maximum positive temperature (infinite, I believe) is where half of all particles are in their excited state, where there are the most possible combinations and therefore the most entropy. With lasers and other such science, it's possible to force all the atoms into excited states; this is negative absolute zero - the opposite of absolute zero.

So rather than from negative infinity to positive infinity, the temperature scale goes from positive zero to positive infinity, which is identical to negative infinity (half excited = half not), and carries on up to negative zero.

This is slightly correct. It's done in such a way (with lasers) that atoms will shed energy, even if they are the lowest energy item in a system. So it's thought of as them having infinite temperature because no matter how cold you make it, it still gives more energy into the system. This is one way that we can get close to absolute 0.

Actually if I can remember it wright the absolute zero is the temperature in wich nothing can be moved, so in this temperature not even energy "temperature" can moves, so we can't continue extracting the energy of an object.

With essentially heat as energy, there is always some form of energy passing through everything, that's how time passes, so therefore by freezing to absolute zero (theoretically) we would have to freeze the entire universe and time itself would freeze. With that being said there is no system that could ever act as a perfect insulator to house such an experiment, to do so would conclude in stopping time.
