A lot of people say people that excel in math can't write well. Are there any prominent figures who break this rule?

All of that is nonsense. Many, if not most, mathematicians and scientists also have interests or excel at some of the humanities. Music, poetry, languages, writing. Oppenheimer loved literature. Tom Leher wrote hilarious songs and was gifted at the piano. One math student I know loves classical music and is also gifted at the piano and a very talented writer. It doesn't dilute their math skills and it's not contradictory to them, either. Left/right brain is a false dichotemy.

Don't know about that. I have heard the same brain areas, that are used to process languages are used to process recognizing faces.

If one "uses this area up" for learning many languages he becomes shitty at face recognition.

One of the symptoms of Asperger's syndrome is apraxia (motor planning disorder), so they tend to have below average fine motor control, which results in poor handwriting.

Kurt Vonnegut said the literary world should really be looking for talent among scientists and doctors. To prevent literature from disappearing up it's own asshole.
