Good day to you, sci. I just have one question before I get going with my math homework. I've been trying to figure it out myself for a while and I have a few theories, but fuck that.


What happens when a black hole "collides" with another black hole?

Nothing fantastic or apocalyptic, the larger one just absorbs the smaller. Then the combined masses form an even larger black hole.
It is theorised that this is how supermassive black holes have formed.
