Being afraid of failing is part of studying. You'll get used to it, but that won't make it better.
So on your problem, if you're studying well I don't think you'll fail any exam. I've had two types of exams in my life, those I didn't study enough for and found them meh, and those I've been kickass ahead of what was asked of me because I thought it would be much worse. Be kickass my friend. ;)
