Wow this is amazing, it will blow your sceintist mind.
I didn`t know the act of observing can influence our surroundings.

So basically they already proved souls exist in humans. Do you guys think further applications will be invented in the near future and what will these applications do?

nice try, but you have much to learn, troll.

Yes, the collapse of particles in it`s wave form is ultimately caused by an intelligent observer.

The idea a wave pattern is collapsed by a so called scientific "observalbe"(which could be any material) is a common misconception.

You're not special. you just entangle yourself with the experiment. Happens all the time without human interaction.

Does this experiment display that the actual universe itself changes due to our observation, or does it in fact indicate some sort of fundamental flaw/cognitive shortcut in our brain's interpretation of reality?

If i was a betting man i'd put my money on #2.

great video btw. I wish science could be taught like that to kids in schools instead of boring dull books :*(.

No it doesn't, but the presence of an observer is either part of the system or an externality of it.

Couldn't this just mean that when a particle has to interact with another particle it becomes a real particle?

Now a tiny amount of particles may interact with air particles. So you should see a tiny increase in particles hitting the two "main bands" over what you would see if it was a pure wave.

fuck this "observer" shit.

Now, i've also heard that this experiment works if you put the "detector" after the slits. Weird, eh?

Who's to say this doesn't just mean that quantum particles can to some degree be affected by possible futures.

Fuck this "alternate histories" shit.

The world should be simple. It should build itself up from simple principles into the complexity we see today.

Fuck this "god" shit.

A soul cannot exist, because a human brain can develop multiple fully sentient personalities.
