Stephen Hawking said '' perfection simply doesn't exist ''

therefore a god (perfect being) cannot exist.

So I'm new to this /sci/ thing. So from what I take it, I'll mostly enounter these guys, but have some good threads here and there? Well it's fine, I mean it would be better without this but the interest in actual threads even it out. Too lazy to sage, but please stop posting, OP.

hawking was wrestling with his own concepts of balance and the nature of matter when he made that statement and entertaining the minds of his fellow physicists with a lovely cliche. you are taking the statement as if he claimed it was a natural law, rather than as a matter of opinion regarding what comprises perfection within a given context, thus your math has lost a pawn, i am up by 1, and theists are not allowed to play without a chaparone nearby.
