So sci. I've not eaten in 4 days and have only been drinking unsweetened coffee and tea. I have lost my appetite and I tried eating but I puked it all out just a few minutes after ingesting it. Coffee and tea seems to be the best I can manage. I want to know whats wrong with me but I'm not a medical student.

Don't tell me to go see a doctor, no money.

You seem to have a problem with your stomach. Stop drinking coffee, it just makes it worse. You need either antibiotics or anti inflammatory agents, depending on what's wrong. Can't tell from here.

There's no way of making a proper diagnosis via the internet. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

Start with light fruit juices, like mango or peach juice, work your way up from there to semi-solid food like some tomato soup. Dip some bread in it if you feel you can take it. You have to eat something.

Ok, without examination and proper doctor care, I could say that it can be anything ranging from bowel obstruction, gastritis, kidney disease (yup) to stomach or intestinal cancer.
Not eating for 4 days and vomiting for 4 days is enough to go to an ER.

ER Doctors aren't exactly equipped or willing to take your blood/urine/MRI/etc and carefully analyse it to determine the cause of problems. If they can't tell what's wrong just by looking at you and taking your temperature they'll just give you the name of a specialist or GP, then tell you to get lost.

You could have a stomach ulcer, I know someone who had an stomach ulcer and it got messed-up (best way of describing) anyway she had to have her stomach and spleen removed. she is fine and healthy now but it gave her a scare. so see a doctor before it gets screwed up like my friends!
