Non-biologist here.
What kind of acid is in the stomach? How strong is it?
Why doesn't stomach acid corrode the wall of the stomach?
When digested food moves on to the intestinal tract, does acid come with it? Why doesn't it corrode the intestines?
Where does the acid go after a human dies and cells stop multiplying?

A mix of hydrochloric acid and other "juices".

Pretty damn strong. I'd say about a 1-2 on the pH scale.

Mucus is secreted to protect the lining of the stomach

The solids fall to the bottom of the stomach and then are moved into the bowels. However, some still gets by when you eat Mexican food (burning shit).

Its not a whole lot of liquid in the first place and we don't let it sit in our dead. We pump it out before burial.
