Hi guys,

I was driving my car today and I was wondering. If I start driving at 60 mile per hour on a distance of 60 miles and my 4 wheels are 15 inch. How much rotation my wheel are gonna do per minute and how much they are gonna do on the entire distance. How do I know that, what is the math to make the calculation. Im just curious thx

>> No.2333397

(Distance traveled) / (Circumference of tire) = Total number of rotations of tire

(total number of rotations) / (time spent driving, in minutes) = rotations per minute

Lol it's ironic because OP probably isn't even old enough to drive.

From dictionary.com definition of irony
>an outcome of events contrary to what was, or might have been, expected.

>> No.2333511

If I say, "I'm expecting irony," what happens?

Something expected, ironically.

>> No.2333534

You might expect OP to drive considering his story. If he doesn't, that's ironic. Nice try at being an english nazi on a science board.

Im 22 faggot. Im not good at math and I was just curious. That why I came here to seek for help and to fulfill my curiosity. .
