Without reading this thoroughly and just looking at the lists I'll already call this article retarded.

Something that just adds to the retardation is listing a best/worst with varying educational levels. All the best are bachelor (probably masters/phd with those wages) and all the worst are uneducated jobs.

Keep trying to convince yourself this is a positive outlook, even if it were a LOT of shit changes in 4 years while you high school kids are going through your degree.
