Hello /sci/. I trade stocks and am wondering if any of you know about any new discoveries that haven't quite hit the mainstream media yet, which could send a company's price skyrocketing.
Example: Recently, a man was cured of AIDS using stem cells. The price of virtually every stem cell research company has since skyrocketed.
In return I will give investment advice to anyone who needs it.

My advice is basically to search for important resources in the middle of disaster areas. Or even, in the complete opposite: emerging markets and such. Ie: a pest's killing half of Paraguay soy bean fields, you start to invest in / buy middle size US soy bean companies.
