Depends how such a magnificent feat was accomplished. The only plausible way continents could be moved overnight that I can think of is superintelligent aliens.

Who knows how they'd accomplish this?
They could rip them out of the ground and physically move them. We'd die, I needn't explain why.
Or they could teleport the continents, keeping us alive, and somehow stopping massive tidal waves.

Australia becomes a tropical paradise/swamp with increased precipitation. The new southern European countries are buffeted by hurricanes. Former Europe drops in temperature and becomes a new form of Siberia with the switching off of the conveyor belt ocean current. Super-cyclones may form in the water straights in between Sth. America and Africa, causing widespread damage.
There would now be a sort of 'superocean' with the technical merging of the Indian and Pacific. Overall the average temperature of the globe drops.

I'd be really fucking happy. I don't want to share a border with the beaners anyway. I'd much rather be next to australia and west europe with water inbetween.
