Heres a thought that occurred to me in the past few weeks:

I'm here because everything in the past was set up accordingly so that my mother and father would meet and have me at the precise time. If they were off by a millisecond, I wouldn't be here. Did it to early: not me either. Which just goes off to imagine in simplicity: WOW. Just imagine all the other individuals that could've been instead me. Simple scary, idea right.

Now, I know I've been selfish in this thread so far: but the same exact ordeal also applies to you . We're all here by chance.

And thanks to that chance that we are alive and given a conscious, we will also one day die. How horrible is that?
