Also, any time dilation effects caused by you running are so negligible, if you spent your whole life running, you probably wouldn't even gain 1 second of extra life.

Also, your life by your perspective would be exactly the same, it would only be longer as viewed by other people...
But again, I must stress that the effects aren't even noticeable unless you are going somewhere around 40% of the speed of light (in vacuum).
