Both black&white films were extremely good.

I wouldn't watch the third one(Qmass and the Pit) unless OP can stomach the kind of faggotry inherent in some old films.

The long version of Dune of course.
My Science Project. Because of Dennis Hopper.
Idaho Transfer. Because fuck you.
Radioactive Dreams

Only for shits and giggles:

You speak of knowledge, Judicator? You speak of experience?
I have journeyed through the darkness between the most distant stars.
I have beheld the births of negative-suns and borne witness to the entropy of entire realities...

Unto my experience, Aldaris, all that you've built here on Aiur is but a fleeting dream.
A dream from which your precious Conclave shall awaken, finding themselves drowned in a greater nightmare

As much cleche Star Trek is, I'm really starting to appreciate it. The TV series is quite addicting to watch, even thought it may get silly every once in a while

...however I might be watching a lot of Star Trek right now..but It still doesn't top Dr. Who. (which too, is silly but really addicting and entertaining)

for my fav movies:
1. District 9
2. 2001
3. event horizon
4. Dune (the 2000 version)
5. Waterworld

There seem to be a lot of movies that play on the "it's for your own good, humanity" angle. They all boil down to the unspoken conclusion: we value freedom more than peace.
