This is probably a stupid questions, but doubles only means the last two digits match, right?

There are 100 possible two digit endings, and 10 ways yo get doubles, so of 9001 posts the expected number of doubles is 90.01.

This is assuming doubles are a subset of triples and quads etc. If you count those separately it would be more cimplicated
