There is debate. There is some evidence to support both sides. Some were most likely cold blooded others may have been warm blooded, in particular the ones that are more closely related to mammals and birds.

I'm pretty sure the debate has been settled. Dinosaurs were "luke-warm" blooded, as in they were in between the lesser reptiles and mammals.
