How/why did you personally choose or come to your undergad college major /sci/?
I'm a freshman that has never looked seriously at this matter until now, and I can't decide, since school up until now has apparently been extended babysitting.
Try to say more than "choose what you like." I'm doubting CS.

I was in a career as a computer scientist (lol) and decided that I enjoy and cherish life and loved ones so much that I want to chip in to help modern medicine improve quality of life and healthy lifespans. I decided I should start with a comprehensive understanding of biology from the bottom-up.
