Currently trying to get off Caffeine as I react badly to it. And it's only good for short term learning and continued use inhibits neurogenesis in the Hippocampus.
Taking small doses of Acetyl L-Carnitine in the morning before revision sessions.
Also use Creatine for exercise which I heard significantly increases brain power also.
Going to start vaporizing Cannabis instead of smoking it for healthy THC supplementation.
Try my best to get my daily vitamins, anti-oxidants and Omega 3.

Good brain diet?

Yes. Caffeine is biphasic in a manner similar to alcohol. Just as how a little alcohol is a stimulant and a lot is a depressant, too much caffeine can knock you out. The amount you'd have to take in for that to happen is pretty steep though, and by that time you run the risk of just going directly into caffeine overdose.

You react badly to caffine? As in, diarhia? Because that can be prevented with proper brewing and better beans.

>Nootropics (pronounced /noʊ.ɵˈtrɒpɨks/), also referred to as smart drugs, memory enhancers, and cognitive enhancers, are drugs, supplements, nutraceuticals, and functional foods that are purported to improve mental functions such as cognition, memory, intelligence, motivation, attention, and concentration.

You weren't born intelligent, so you have to take drugs to make you smart?
