Alright, well you know volume is the product of length, width, and height, such that v = lwh

width is said to be x, so

w = x

Height is three times the width so,

h = 3x

length is 4 less than 6 times the width, so

l = 6x-4

therefore v = (6x-4)(x)(3x)
