Most of his explanations are correct.
But - the vacuum thing doesn't work because the gravitational force is strong enough to hold the air in the earth's atmosphere.

The idea with the rotor doesn't work because the angular momentum of the machine must be conserved. So it cannot accelerate (but if there wasn't any friction it would work forever - even without the magnets. But trying to win energy from it would slow the machine down).

It's not wrong to question some ideas of Troll Physics (except the very stupid ones) - even if you know that it is Troll Physics. Some of the "problems" posed are quite challenging to "disprove" even for physicists. He can be serious though he possibly knows that it's TP.
