I for one am pretty smart and so all of you. So lets go out and exercise so we can become healthier and feel generally better all the time. Lets eat right. Lets not procrastinate. Cast off your presumptions and think for yourself. You are on an anonymous board, you can assume nothing about the people you find here (if you can even assume they are all people).

It seems to me you are making yourself fit a stereotype and then justifying it by forming a group in your mind.
Unfortunately, this is doomed to failure since no one individual actually fully fits a stereotype, not even you.
If you feel the need to look better and feel stronger, start working out or going to the gym. Use your will power and logic to make yourself go initially, once you start seeing results you will be hooked on it.
