Hello /sci/. I come from /fit/.
I'm a healthy guy and I train regularly. I just want to know more about training.
I need to know how training affects synaptic plasticity, neuroplasticity and neurogenesis. I'm trying to look for for connections between physical training and learning/memory.

Your brain learns from experience and repetition. If you repeat a physical act you develop muscle memory.

The end.

You didn't really understand what I said. The questions is: How does physical exercise affect neurons / synapses, the plasticity of neurons / synapses and the creation of new neurons / synapses?
