We need a Deathray. You guys have the skills. How would it work? I've seen stuff about highspeed electrified particles, but how come we can't make shit like this on XXI century while this guy came up with those ideas on the early 1900s?

We have lasers, it's just that the strong ones are just not very portable. Charged particles are crap for long ranged attacks in atmospheric conditions. You can't believe in mechwarrior.

Like ionized gas? E.G. plasmas? Its a lot easier to do damage with a massive bullet than billions of tiny near weightless particles.
