What's the appropriate pulse rate to donate blood? Like which rate is too low and which is too high to give blood?

I can't find any information on Google about this. :(

It doesn't matter for you, because they still won't take blood from gay people.

Yes they do.

There isn't a requisite pulse rate (though if your pulse is above 180 or below 40 you should probably seek medical help).
The thing you're looking for is blood PRESSURE.

>> No.1992527

The normal adult resting Heart rate ranges from 60-100bpm, with variations in Cardiovascular health, activity and stress (Elite athletes can be healthy and bradycardic- <50bpm). Your Blood pressure and Haemoglobin are more pertinent to blood donation in terms of avoiding hypovolemia shock and anaemia.

No, no, what I'm looking for is pulse rate.

And yes, places like Red Cross do have a prerequisite pulse rate range to donate.
