Not only is it supported by evidence, it is also supported by logic.

Do you accept that we have DNA, and that occasionally that DNA is subject to mutation?

I don't believe in evolution. I believe a more proper term for it is natural selection. "Evolution" Makes people that don't understand it believe an organism can make some sort of conscious change to themselves over a gradual period of time (Hurr durr us apes need to stand more upright!)
