Aaaaand no one gives a FUCK. The UN doesn't do shit about it. They have no power. Because the UN is comprised of multi-national groups. It's hard to get multiple nations to subscribe to any use of force. So in short, they make tons of rules but they can't enforce them at all. The UN means shit.
