Different builds. Women have to worry about hips and breasts taking up weight. So they show lower weights easier as a general rule.

I'm 5'8" and I weigh 117. I'm not a kid either, I'm 19.

I'm skinny enough for a 6 pack, not because I work out a lot. Although, I do run a lot and play hockey like bad. Got a bit if biceps and triceps, but that's because I need to be able to drive pucks right across the room.

I would rather trade my 6 pack in for more muscle mass. I hate being skinny as fuck, but it's not like my ribs are showing or anything.
