For course work masters it should be pretty much the same as for undergrad degrees. For research degrees the university doesn't matter, look only for the quality of your supervisor. Does he have a nobel prize? Any other prestigious award? Lots and lots of research grants? Important publications/books? Yes? Then he is good. Not necessarily a good teacher or supervisor, but very good for your career.
