Hello, I need some help :(
Studying for my math analysis test, and so far we're just basically reviewing.

Ive always been bad with logs, and cant find out how to figure out this problem. No idea how to solve if base is a variable.

2log(base b)4=log(base b)5-log(base b)10=log(baseb)X

I know laws are adding means multiplying etc, but if its all a continuous equation how do you put it in the right form? Thank you for help :D

post the correct equation
also if the base if the same throughout you can just ignore it. Write log without any reference to the base if you like.

2log(base b)4+log(base b)5-log(base b)10=log(base b)X

b^logb(shit) = b^logb(othershit)
shit = othershit

2log_b(4) + log_b(5) - log_b(10) = log_b(4^2*5/10) = log_b(80/10) = log_b(8) = log_b(X)
X = 8.
