The 2 boards I browse are /fit/ and /sci/

>> No.1831509

i thought this is pretty common .. it seemed logical that intelligent people would take care of their bodies.. looks like i`m wrong ...

its weird how harsh isn't on /sci/ ...

>> No.1831511

/fit/ is a fucking terrible board if you are actually serious into bodybuilding or powerlifting

Seriously, the advice thrown around there just makes me cringe knowing how stupid most of those people are

OP here,
Well yeah i always thought they would AT LEAST eat a healthy, balanced diet. Not too much fat/simple carbs and stuff like fish oil supplements etc.

I've always been rather intelligent and I love science but I feel a lot healthier and overall better since i go tot he gym. Clean bulking right now. :)

Well most advice there is seriously contradicting and not-so-helpful.
But the sticky seriously pushed me in the right direction, also the motivation is nice there.

I don't have a healthy diet and i go to the gym once a week to keep my body moderatly healthy. During the first month of my break, i go on an all out workout because i have no work to stress me down and build up some strength/cardio. the small amount of gym i do means it stays there for quite a while and makes sure it doesn't put too much fat on me.
I'm happy with this.

Yeah, I agree. You need a good body to be smart and impress dem ladies. And pimpin' dem makes me more intelligent. That's why I workout so hard.

That's me on the beach.

Well, imo there is no such thing as "an extreme" considering diet.
There's only healthy and UNhealthy.
I don't crave food anymore, food is fuel.
