It is ridiculous to try to display 4d objects accurately on a 2d screen. These graphics are entertaining but that's not what a tesseract looks like - it's impossible to visualize one and they are best handled with pure mathematics.

Ahh I just worked it out, there are 2 cubes existing acrosss the 4 dimensions, with each corner projecting to another corner on the other cube. The answer all along was in OP's pic rofl... so 32 is right thanks

I revised the picture and it seems to be incorrect..
Each corner should have exactly as many edges from it as the dimensions it occupies, for example each corner of a cube has 3 edges, as it is 3 dimensional.
You can see from the high lights in the picture provided that the yellow corner has 4 red edges that end at it, thus these edges are for this corner only. It then requires a 5th edge, which it must take from one half of the green edge, but in doing this the other half of the green edge then ends at this corner, and thus that edge belongs to this corner, giving this corner 6 edges.
