That sure is a really cool straw man argument bro. Because there are 100s of factors that can change the weather. Non of which are very static. However things such as fossilized remains of dinosaurs don't lie because the factors in carbon dating do not change.

Weather is a chaotic system with a virtually infinite amount of variations.

It's actually a valid point. Science isn't about predicting the future like in meteorology or predicting the past like archeology. It's about solid facts which can only be observed in the present. With that said it can never be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that life existed millions of years ago unless you were there millions of years ago. And by you being there that means there would be life there. I'm not saying that all scientific evidence which suggests there was life that long ago was placed there by time travelers from the future. I'm just saying there's just enough evidence to support both theories.
