And while my earlier post was inaccurate, in that God is not Christ like in the sense that he is not "anointed" like Christ, he is still Christ like in any sense that matters.

Oh yea? The Christian God is Jewish? Meaning what? He is decended from Jews? No, Jews are descended from him. In that he practices Jewish law? Hardly. God certainly doesn't need to follow his commandments to men.

And Jesus, while descended from Jews, was not "Jewish" in any dogmatic or religious sense of the word. He did not "honor" the sabbath the way that the Jews of the time thought was proper, he honored it in the way that was proper. So it really depends on what you mean when you say Jewish.
