Tell me what you see and what you think when doing this thought experiment.

You've stopped completly, for whatever reason, you're not moving anymore. The speed at wich the earth is moving away from you is unbelievable, it's the biggest thing you've seen in your whole life and at the same time, it's also the fastest.

For whatever reason, you happen to have a super telescope with you and, since you will never be able to return home again, you decide to take one last look at your planet before the distance between you and earth becomes too big for your telescope.
