If a man could get pregnant, and the child could be carried to term and delivered, would the colon and anus be able to dilate to a sufficient circumference to allow the passage of the newborn? Assuming that the man prepared via stretching the area of delivery properly beforehand, similar to how a woman goes to Lamaze to learn proper breathing and bearing techniques?

and yes, something the size of an average babby could probably fit through the anus and colon, but it would probably depend on the individual male and the term length whether or not it could physically fit through the gap in his pelvis.
