It doesn't work like that. There is no absolute frame of reference in the universe, meaning your time machine might land you in the same location within the reference frame of the Earth.

Assuming, for the sake of argument, that time travel is possible in the first place, of course.

Also, if you're using wormholes, their spatial coordinates don't really have to have anything to do with each other, though they should be close to each other if the time machine is to have any practical function other than teleportation
