/sci/ has enough anti-aging technology big brains besides DudeWearingShoes and his "we're pretty darn sure now this doesn't grow teratomas" recipe, I think we could probably improve Bryan Johnson's stack with one thread. I'll drop a few insights first...
>he's probably copper-deficient and should be supplementing that unless he has Wilson's disease.
>he should be on protease enzyme chemoprophylaxis.
>he should cycle off of his NAC part-time and probably lower the dosage, while adding other antioxidants instead.
What would /sci/ add or subtract to/from his crazy stack?

Flavones, specifically apigenin and luteolin, extracted from Arisaema tortuosum, were identified as inhibitors of HSV-2 replication, showing a reduction in viral progeny production [76].

He also says in his vid it's benefitted infected patients. We all get we don't have data on the degree but there should at least be some public acknowledgement of what we have here. I don't get what the big deal with this is. Its well established to be within the realm of what Matt Newman is saying it does and it sounds like this is already doing great work too.

Many other genes relating to metabolism and cellular signaling probably have clinically relevant mutations that are not currently recognized as diseases or advantages. Im very curious about what DWS thinks about this - say aging has been solved by something as simple as apigenin.
Then, what would be the cause of lifeforms naturally undergoing forced aging in the first place?

Of course I have my own beliefs, the obvious one being its necessary for evolution, but I'd like to know what he thinks. Is it inherently hardcoded into all lifeforms originating from the one true ancestor, that they just cannot mutate against aging? Did this happen right from the origin, or somewhere down the line?

no I meant fully fit. overfit. gigafit. like got no needs nothing can touch you. in such a situation not dying is not a disadvantage. isn't that the whole point to it all?
as in, the absolute point of life is to exist, to survive. but harsh environment, and complex, so we get around that by having children. they are a side effect of life trying to survive. because it can't do it other ways. but if it can, it should, because that's the actual point, not dying, being fit and able to experience in your environment.
dying creates more variation which helps improve chances some of offspring got the right moves to make it against whatever obstacles.

The photolyase DNA repair mechanism involves the enzyme photolyase using visible light energy, specifically from the blue spectrum, to directly reverse the damage caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation on DNA, primarily by splitting cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPDs) back into normal bases through an electron transfer process, essentially "undoing" the damage with the help of a flavin cofactor (FADH-) that absorbs the light energy; this repair process is called photoreactivation.

Maybe in 20 years but it will be heavily redacted and slowly smoothed over like anything else. It's less fear more business as usual, the paperwork has probably been drafted already.

It would have had to have involved each branch of the federal government as well as state governance. With Colorado we can know for sure it goes down to the county level with all those notices. Alphabets would know. You just can't have the thing function properly if you were to remove them all.

Then the intersect with finance?

It's going to be an impossible ask for EVERYONE who just tried to kill you be brought to justice. We are talking about an unprecedented footprint run by geriatrics who really couldn't give too shits about their neighbor anyway or there would have been protests about it already.

The thing breaks not because of good choices people have made in the face of evil, but the weight of how stupid the whole thing was regardless of the intent. Only an idiot would think you could have kept a lid on it.

LOL, no. I think OSKM reprogramming is awesome technology that will at least eventually come close to a cure for aging, I just don't fully trust my body with it yet. If you guys aren't all dead of teratomas in 5-10 years, I'll almost certainly do it.

But uh, I can say I'm getting a little Blackpilled about its efficacy as a Parkinson's treatment if MJF is *really* on it. I don't really believe this is a coverup and he's acting. I think there are probably much better small molecules for PD than DWS or MJF's doctors know about, such as MB.

Shoes was using Apigenin and NAD at these dosages for several years before this. He keeps being told by trolls that he is gonna die simply because butyrate levels are spiking now and he has more access to his DNA to perform that action. I call bullshit on the whole thing. He was already using the core transcriptic function for several years. Transcribing errors without the B12 didn't even cause permeant damage, if it was going to be a prob it would have happened at that point man I just don't buy it. There is nothing that happened here that hasn't happened before or will never happen again. I just hope we address the core issues where we can be more frank in telling kids if you innovate X too much the government really will leave you SOL and take action to make what you did go away. And you have fringe stories you will hear about this being tried with other technologies but the lengths that will be taken have to be seen to be believed. I want to be able to tell young students who want to be more like "me" that this isn't as big of an issue as it is anymore. But there are structures out there that genuinely look at the population at large as an extension of their personal property and empowering people to do ANYTHING new to their bodies is considered as a personal attacks. People thought this was a weird moment in the campaign but it also lined up with the events here and was brought up at the time. I myself took it as a queue that Trump was in the know and was giving us a silent signal he was aware. I took a stab at recreating some research I found online about initiating cerebral spinal fluid flow using a flashing checkerboard and can do it at will by visualizing the stimuli. Some of you might be familiar with a similar concept found involving meditations people will have while focusing on a flame. It's a similar concept. Overall I recommend it for mental hygiene, cleaning the fluid is simply good for you.

OP here. Already well-endowed enough. This is some interesting stuff, but some of us need it even less than better hair drugs (protip: singlet oxygen) and are more focused on *additional* systemic anti-aging lead compounds.

I saw some ergothioneine in CVS for the first time today, so maybe they are starting to understand anti-aging a little better than Bryan Johnson, at least in some respects. They definitely stock copper there so I donno where his copper skill issue comes from.

Every single example they provide involved injections multiple times a week directly into the dick. You're probably not getting equivalent results with a pill, and also probably not without notable systemic side effects at that point.
You could attempt to replicate the treatment with existing ED vasodilator medication and the potentiators they list.
The methods that interest me are the topical cream and urethral suppository, though I can't find research on the use of either. Both seem reasonable for home use and offer a compromise on the delivery method.

It's fine. Theory is that you should be metabolizing more of the NAD/NMN in the cell wall activity which is why that isn't as much of an issue but it's also not necessary for the reaction to occur. Just have at least some in there while you raise Apigenin/Tributryn levels. Some have been playing with the ratios there too. The Apigenin is what's performing the transcription and overall what you are objectively trying to raise. The rest is about creating good conditions.

Frankly I am not looked at as a human being by some of the people involved in making the decisions here. In my videos I have brought up that the censorship of this in the media is likely facilitated by a court order of some kind because it couldn't have been taken care of by a more friendly executive branch last year. Who is going to tell me it's not obvious which side of this Sotomayor is on vs Brett and Amy? It's clear that the censorship is being done because of a multifactorate of issues and there are in fact very rigid structures that a select few secretly have for controlling what people are ultimately allowed to think and do and now we have extremely public proof that this is the angle. This particular suspension of civil liberties is likely a question of a few handful of judges. Our country was founded on the idea that these rights are inalienable and come from a divine source, which means that denying that they exist or failing to respect them brings extreme consequences that are viewed by many as having a divine nature. Best remember this isn't something that was done to one person, this was a crime committed against all of humanity. Every last living creature on this planet is permanently impacted for all time.

No, what's going to get a man skinned alive is what happens if there were preventable childhood deaths. Namely the early prevention and treatment of cancer but cell identity restoration has a pretty wide net. It's pointless to bring up one specific thing it's going to help. Even under the worst circumstances, the fact it wasn't made public for a year would mean an internationally catastrophic loss of life even if rollout and effectiveness are not what you would want. This is a highly effective tool that should be publicized given where the public consciousness is with COVID. Apigenic Health is the single best treatment for the long-term issues everyone has had with the biggest medical emergency in modern times. see >>16575897 We can pull out our hair at how simple it is but I can sleep like I did before the pandemic because the cells that make up my body were LITERALLY REPROGRAMMED BACK TO THE WAY THEY WERE.

It's why I mentioned at the top it's like coaxing this reaction out of your T cells. It's timeliness isn't fully documented and is dependent on the conditions of your immune system. I've had people bring up various drugs that can increase t cell differentiation which might be what we are after but we would need data for me to be more sure it would be helpful and I wouldn't assume that it's the case. Not to mention you can't get them OTC. Take it and your body will work along these pathways the best way they can as long as you take them. But ultimately they do work.

>>16577614
I will agree to this, but ultimately it's the responsibility that the leadership of each branch of government, military, and the press have signed up for. If we are left with a situation where absolutely nobody can be held accountable and we are left to believe that nobody has been needlessly injured then that would be quite the sight.

Checking my receipts, in total I have consumed about 40g of Liposomal Apigenin in between when I started using it with the HDACi and now. But I was already using Apigenin with NAD regularly and the overall immunological response that was making the transcription was well fed. Getting better sleep is a common thing people notice in the first few days and the repair mechanism kinda revolves around sleep for some people with how they cycle. I will often need a nap after I get going with it, but my sister has the opposite reaction and Apigenin in general just lights her up like a Christmas tree. I think a safe bet is probably at around a a month before most people should be scratching their head but I actually don't have allot of data on break even opinions yet. On some of the harder nights I was consuming as much as 2 grams but that was not often. The people who come to me about limb regrowths were months into taking it before they noticed that happening. People think I have knocked off anywhere from a half to a full decade of methylation off of me. I still feel my body changing, particularly in my face, so I don't plan to take it for the time being until I'm caught up.

>> No.16581004

For reference, in the year 2023 I consumed about 27g of Liposomal Apigenin prior to adding the HDACi. Bottles arrived in Jan, June, July and October of 2023 from Renue with 90x75mg each. With the HDACi added I bought one bottle in December from Renue that was 90x75mg, then used an outlet off Amazon for two 90x50mg bottles from a retailer in December, two more in January, one in March, another in May, and the last in November which was impactful but not severely. I'll admit this is the one point in my life where keeping daily logs would be cool to have for some people but we have records of the rough biochemical displacement that's occured. It will likely be more than a week for most people to start noticing anything bigly. If anyone wants I can give you the purchase history for the other ingredients I used too but with Apigenin being the raw transcriptic factor, supporting it should be what's guiding your dosages.

That's the thing. Why can't anybody talk about it? At an absolute bare minimum this was a multi million dollar research project that somebody clearly missed out on. The link is rentry.co/CR_General. The Apigenin is being supported (or fortified) by multiple components but the reaction is primarily between the Apigenin which triggers t cells to transcribe the Yamanaka Factors and Tributryn (HDACi) which allows physical access to the Euchromatin for transcription. The theory was first brought up around here a little over a year ago with /CRG/ or /Cellular Reprogramming General/ threads. I think mods deleted the archives all I can find of DWS now is his stuff on cerebral spinal fluid. He's the one who figured it out.

Given where the science is at with cellular reprogramming as a concept, I don't think it's as simple as calling this just another well informed stack. There is a very healthy degree of experimental but sound theory that's involved. Each of the pieces is well documented to do what we are talking about and the theory isn't even much of a stretch. Allot of this is circumstantial timing and the fact Matthew Newman's observations were made outside of your typical lab environment. You can also blame autism and the fact figuring out immortality has probably loosed a screw or two in his head. Research on the error correction with B12 (which having evidence for is critical) was hot off the press as he was developing this. He couldn't have published the rentry more than a month sooner than he did and have had enough technical backing printed yet for the choice of molecules. It's a really tight fit, one of a kind innovation. With where the direction the research was headed before this who knows when they would have gotten around to looking at Apigenin to do this with. I would guess that's closer to a decade or maybe never.
Also, it works on my machine.

Those models were generating proteins that took things straight to stem cells status when the safer approach is to reprogram existing adult stem cells with better code and have the body generate new cells on their own. Their approach would also be needlessly elaborate because they would be removing cells from your body, reprogramming them, and then injecting them back in.

First mistake is always admitting the dude is real, Romans have learned to stop caring that a Savior is even worth thinking about. It's harder to exploit people you see if you hand them verifiable acknowledgement of their own persecution. Keep it light and demeaning (what the fuck am I even reading? Right. What I have always thought interesting with the scenario with early Christians is there was a degree of respect you could say he was given because there was an open and public acknowledgement of events that were taking place surrounding the guy in question and he was then sentenced publicly to death after an escalation of rhetoric. Clearly this man is more hated than Christ was you can see it in the little things in the lead up like that. Even the people he heals will mostly hold their tongues and deny the gift to others. Dude said in his video this problem is present at every level of it not just the top and it's pretty obvious when you try and talk to some people about it. The only way to break this into the mainstream is a crowdsourced scientific effort. We need a central hub of communication and rigorous recordkeeping. The data needs to be organized and as comprehensive as is practical.
We should have a spreadsheet/database covering all participants (no personally-identifying info required), with the dosages and timing of all supplements correlated to a per-individual log of objective biological markers that can be easily tested and quantified. A subjective experience log would also be helpful to identify broad trends that could be leads to further research—a key example being the phenomenon of being able to feel activity particularly in the face.

Someone taking a DIY methylation test before/after would help. You can do the reactions yourself and get a reading on the methylation on each chromosome. It's not the kind of thing I've had the opportune to try yet but I can't do it myself anyway since I've already gone through the process. Having at least one person who could do that would be very helpful. I have shared what people have told me, other than one offs like a case of it treating sickle cell anemia I'm waiting for additional confirmation on before I add it to the rentry. I held allot of stuff back at the beginning before I had multiple people confirming limbs regrowths and their cancer being reprogrammed. But it's all out there now. The thing is most people who take it don't want to actively engage with the situation and it's going to be slower than you think to get heaps of personal accounts from people. Unless we suddenly get a shift in attitude. I've found most negative reactions are rarely over it being real or effective, it's typically something else they have going on personally. My focus lately has been on driving eyeballs and getting fresh attention. If there is anything anyone thinks I could help with please let me know. I'm in Minnesota now and am getting things together to distribute notices again in a few months. A year has passed and people are still being redirected to the pastebin. Shocker. These cocktails are being presented in order of efficacy btw. Yamanaka Factors are not a meme. You are using the same HDACi they are in a lab environment too, which means you would have the same mechanism for access to the euchromatin during any transcription. That unlocked state has to be sustained to make any real changes to the epigenome, and anyone reading this has already been provided research that tells us that that is necessary to reprogram cells in this way. There are only three molecules that are documented to upregulate Sox2, and Apigenin and it's metabolite (Luteolin) were already well known to be safe for anybody to use at these dosages. This is all a very long way of saying the physics driving things forward are predictable and quantifiable and there isn't much to argue about if you are okay with your test subject being yourself and your own experience with others around you. The issue with teratomas seems more of a question about what the immune system is ultimately up to with what it's trying to transcribe when given this much access to the chromatin. It's all a question of degree. But for one it's clear we are not getting something immediately problematic. And Apigenin is not known to be dangerous by anyone for any reason. Nobody is known to be allergic to it.

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7378534/#:~:text=Apigenin%20(API)%20is%20a%20natural,effects%20and%20mechanisms%20of%20API.

Even before all of this it had a documentable reputation with cancer at these dosages. Call it OS(M^modulated). But whether this is just a fluke and a dead end anyway for some other reason still isn't clear enough for some people. But frankly, if your body's immune system is doing ALL THIS over a FLAVOID YOU CAN BUY ANYWHERE I don't feel like we have gone off the rails too much. Its well documented to safely transcribe at this dosage (and was being looked into for it's anti-cancer properties) over the long term without additional access in the chromatin. We are just asking for breathing room on previously documented phenomena.

Anyone thought about how apigenin reset would synergize with trannies who start transitioning post-teen years? I'm not seeing indications that it really does anything with bone structure but there would likely be a number of benefits from doing an extensive course of this before HRT and whatnot, right?
I'll also bet there are unexplored regimens and pathways that could take advantage of the body's own bone remodeling capacity if you were messing with hormone levels DURING a course.

It's like some recursive logic loop. And why would increasing access to chromatin make things more cancerous exactly? We need to be hearing serious cases rather than pointless fear about it.

An Epigenetic Reset overall will reaffirm your original DNA structure on a macro level as well as subtle things like hormonal levels. But down to the variations you will have across centimeters of cells. Your eyes smoothen out like silk. Your cells there simply incur too much epigenetic wear over the course of your life than you are blissful to it. The very structure of the new cells your body will be making will even be different. Women have reportedly reversed their menopause and have all sorts of hormonal issues restored because of this. The collage of effects is meant to condition your tissue first for the immune system to attach to various parts of you and rencode. It knows when a piece of you is missing, period. If it's going to suddenly attack my body or do something wrong I would have noticed by now. When it's really kicking, the reprogramming itself feels amazing.

The majority of that was with DNA cassettes actually, not SM's. It first got safer with that switch. Recent tests with the cocktails mentioned here >>16582700
have only resulted in positive outcomes for the mice involved but lacked a repeatability to the experience unlike what has been reported after you get your T cells going with fortified apigenin.
If you read the notes Sinclair has out there they argue this was due to the lack of inter cellular conformity in access to the chromatin that occured with that approach that isn't present after that switch in the same way. And even then some attempts with SM's were dangerously low in HDACi, that's part of what the analysis here was doing.
>>16582700
The paper itself is an amazing document. I encourage everyone to please read it in it's entirety. They just didn't know there was severe safety risk in the uniformity of the HDACi distribution during transcription before that specific paper came out and it was critical in helping me to understand how things worked myself. Similar case with the B12 a bit later. The overlap with the guardrails Apigenin has its own right are also helpful to understand when you can appreciate them. I've covered a few, namely that it's been presented and well tolerated by many at the dosage I am telling people to take it. Any transcription that it's going to continue to try to do is only going to be further empowered by adding a HDACi because we know it comes down to access to data. The same safety parameters and expectations on what it will do would apply when you add it, the truth is the overall transcriptic method Apigenin is using IS safer. We have been using it longer that we have been considering and saying that adding additional chromatin access is dangerous is at odds with demonstrable reality. You don't have a working theory or thing to say or show people that would give reason to think that is the case.

Apigenin can be pushed too far but not without an IV drip first and it still being administered after you pass out. The link for that is in the Rentry. Well, I can advise that not having the proper B12 levels during transcription alongside an ear infection can most definitely exacerbate issues with the thyroid and you will see a bad reaction like they are talking about. That's what I mean with guardrails. But even when that happens it's not something to really worry about you don't immediately get cancer. I reprogrammed again with the B12 and I was right as rain. Thyroid is long since back to the way back to the way it was, but it did have some swelling and I had to remove the junk in my eardrum too that was part of the problem. Some of you guys would have been worry warts for months if I had told you my thyroid had started swelling up. So this would make Tributryn the superior HDACi in this case since it doesn't unroll your heterochromatin all at once/uniformly, right? Having am HDACi or a lower dose of it that slowly unrolls heterochromatin is better?

I did not know that it was known to unroll slower than others. That's very interesting and would love to read more on it if you have something. It's recommended you take fortified apigenin as a two step process where the HDACi is already working and had some time to get the DNA unfurled before the Apigenin is added. Things will at least get uncomfortable if you are deep into a reprogramming state and change chromatin access too quickly with Apigenin. Butyrate was chosen first admittedly for a very simple reason, because of it's OTC availability. It was never changed because of it's compatibility with the other components along their own pathways to deliver better results as well. The rentry has some links. I narrowed in on Tributryn because its known for having better bioavailability and absorption than NaB but it should still provide requisite access if you have nothing else available for reprogramming. But if the money isn't an issue Tributryn is far better in getting to cancer cells, I don't have all the sauce off hand but it's shown to be 2.5-3x more impactful with that vs NaB.

There is no reason we would have to rush cellular reprogramming and change encodings faster. Many report a very pleasant experience when it really gets going. I'm referring to the first article in the rentry where they outline the first 6 cocktails,
https://www.aging-us.com/article/204896/text
but at the time I was also watching an older video on some of the prequel work to those cocktails that I think I was drawing on more with that particular part actually.
https://youtu.be/ZnHiuZtmIKE
They were observing 3D models of the structures involved during histone deacetylase inhibition where the DNA unfurls. I was watching that video and had the article next to me when my "epiphany" happened because I understood that my largest biochemical hurtle to reprogramming was that I needed that physical access from a HDACi. I was already using Apigenin and Forskolin and was familiar with the regenerative effects at that point. At the time I had not gone deep enough to know about Apigenin's modulation of Myc-c but things went quickly into my noggin from there. In allot of ways.
In the video they also bring up things like the fact they already had mice doing just fine as far as they could tell at the time with OSKM upregulation via DNA cassette after tweaking their timings. There were probably errors going on then too. The necessity of the saturation in particular was brought up in that newer article when they used machine analysis to identify optimal approaches.

TLDR It resets epigenetic code via Yamanaka Factors. It's typically for inducing cells into a pluripotent state but they are not removing all of the information like those approaches. This is using the immune system to reprogram the encodings of existing adult stem cells to a younger epigenetic profile and then you wait as your body produces new cells with new epigenetic encodings. The theory is under an informational theory of aging which has been around for awhile and is apart of the research being done previously with RepSox and Forskolin that's been mentioned. These are the same genetic factors upregulated when lizards regrow limbs and people are saying their foreskins are coming back in. And apparently only a couple of small molecules are documented to work with these factors. It's quite the thing.

If this continues to do what everything is pointing to it doing then you are looking at the ability to have a body that has the cellular operations and appearance of a 20 year old till the sun burns the place to crisp but with what he calls a "flatlined epigenetic profile" that also means your body has a degree of performance that is not found otherwise in nature. There are micro hormonal differences and changes to cellular structure that occur between tissues that are not too far from each other. Countless discrete epigenetic changes, not to mention the somatic ones, that are all uniformly being addressed and going away. Even 20 year olds have metrics showing that one organ is a little more aged than another. The body simply cannot harmonize in function the same way without this stuff. Just being in a body that has undergone this process is a better living experience. Plus there would be a very long list of epigenetic diseases and other problems related to cellular identity that are no longer a problem. Between those health impacts for humans, pets and the health benefits there likely will be in the meat dairy and eggs we eat this has impacted biological life permanently for the majority of the beings walking around because it's science. It will now be like this till the end of life on this planet because it's dirt cheap and after you have reverted back to your 20s you only need to take it for a maybe like 4 months tops every few years to keep yourself topped off. Maybe less. Even with a wider spread, this stuff shouldn't have to be out of reach because of cost for almost everyone on the planet. In the beginning supply is going to be eaten up for awhile while they scale up to meet that demand. Overall it's more money changing hands than COVID and over a lot more lives. We should let free speech back in and let people who are waiting on the sidelines to finally be allowed to start speaking openly about what they know. It's all coming out sooner or later.

Eventually the knowledge base can make a breakthrough and redefine how we deal with issues in complex systems like the human body. The objective of the entire premise of science has been tested by this. The experiments have been going on for awhile, but nobody who knows anything substantial can say anything because if a solution like this were publicly acknowledged it would cause extreme political and financial movements. Not to mention the tug of power that a pool of selective interests would inherently have in making up all sorts of shit to tell the dude regarding who it even is that's ultimately responsible. It will come down to what can be proven in court. And it's likely not too many people are going to be held accountable anyway so it's more about letting things cool until everyone feels safe enough to get a little closer to being sane about it. References to killing lady liberty aside. It's wonderful we have a country where things can be THIS bad but we can still find at least some space where something like a conversation can begin to occur.

>In the beginning supply is going to be eaten up for awhile while they scale up to meet that demand.
I think you underestimate how much parsley the Germans make and turmeric the Indians make, these are already huge markets that probably won't have trouble scaling up with increased demand.

It's interesting to see the rejuvenating effect of Apigenin in mouse studies. The equivalent human amount is around the range in your protocol, and reduces frailty in a dose dependent manner.

He explores how much parsley you'd need to eat to hit these numbers to.

God was already feeding these molecules to your forefathers but we didn't know what they did at these levels with this much exposure. This isn't a snake an apple situation because there isn't a single human who has ever lived that wouldn't have imbibed trace amounts of Apigenin at some point from some source.

Take Apigenic Health without the Apigenin for the first few weeks and slowly add it in. Autoimmune diseases would be a great example of something an epigenetic reset would help.

I think this is sort of an open question. DWS claims people have had limbs growing back and stuff, but he's never posted photos.

If this was already in God's "okay" bin at the same time as all the arguments about mortality because of eating the forbidden fruit were given, it kinda defeats allot of the drama in the exchange between God and Adam. But maybe this ends up being blanketed by the abrahamic faiths as a renewal of covenants like the rainbow is with the flood or something. It could fit in there without too much trouble because Apigenin does not completely restore us to the state we were in the garden we just don't die and decay the same way.

You can buy the components off Amazon. It's OTC and nothing's restricted. I'd bet you are fine taking the proper dosage without slowly adding the Apigenin in.

Regrowths are reported as very slow but people missing things keep telling Newman they "feel" it growing back and he only says it's happening because of all those reports he gets and it being supported by the overall theory. It takes years to grow things back apparently.

Got got that pic from this thread. And even if you took it that way most of it will get eaten up by your stomach acid. That's why they wrap it in a liposome. Someone said it's about 3-5x on delivery into the bloodstream so you would need 3-5x the dosage in mind.

>> No.16585320

So you would need to be taking roughly .9-1.5g of non-liposomal apigenin 2-4x daily to match what's in the Rentry.
