Instantly, without hesitation. Earth is overpopulated, and stupid people have never made contributions to society. It is the way of eugenics. Surely though, most people would be university educated and want high paying jobs and this would not be possible. But at least with intelligent people, more work can be done with less amounts of people, hopefully eliminating bureaucracy and would help work toward a sustainable future.

Theres plenty of stupid people that I'm glad exist in the world. Say, all the mexican laborers. and theres plenty of smart people that I wish didn't exist in the world, say many of the politicians.
