NOAA admits that CO2 is not a greenhouse gas and has no effect on the climate. According to NOAA:

Not only do plants absorb CO2, but they also absorb solar energy and transform it into physical mass rather than reemitting it at a lower frequency. This process increases exponentially as the atmospheric CO2 levels increase because plants are 3 dimensional objects, so when CO2 levels increase the plants' growth rates grow in 3 dimensions, doubling CO2 makes plants add mass 8x faster, however eventually they start blocking out each others' sunlight so the process can't really grow like that forever
