Yes, but their fetishes aren't really the same, and there's doesn't seem to be a lot of overlap between them. Men (or at least straight men) tend to be more turned-on by sensory stimulus in general, while women are more into things related to interpersonal relationships, social status and power dynamics.

Anecdotal evidence: I read about this one girl with a puking fetish, that was asked why she thought she developed that fetish and her own best guess was remembering this one time she was sick as a child and said she felt like it was the only time she felt like her parents actually cared about her. Another anecdote is that I read about a guy who's girlfriend dumped him because his dick was too small, but only when it was flaccid. Then there's men with foot fetishes that like looking at feet the way most guys like boobs, but when women have foot fetishes it's almost entirely related to BDSM and the ways the feet are used.
