One thing "Blue Zone" areas have in common is an -active, low stress- lifestyle. You want to die young have an inactive high stress lifestyle. An uncommonly high percentage of executives succumb to this and die early.

Ideally you should get moderate exercise three times a week. But if it's not doable then at least once a week of moderate exercise. Everything in moderation is key. Going full autist on anything including exercise will send you to an early grave.

Lastly your body it's not about strength it's about maintaining joint flexibility long term. Like indefinitely. Even if you cannot run then head to the trail and walk. Being sedentary is death. Once the joints go and you can no longer move you are dead. Dead as dirt. I have seen it happen too many times to count. Keep moving above all else and keep your brain active.

Do these things and you should be able make it to 90. Think of it as scoreboard if you can get there and you should if you do these things in your life.

If you eat to satiation you won't have issues with micronutrients. You can live a whole life on that diet without being malnourished at any point. The more mass I have the more nutrients I need compared to someone lighter. The benefit of this diet is that it's harder to gain mass on a caloric surplus due to the increased amount of energy lost as heat. Cardiovascular system would be issue yes. But being sedentary is worse for you. It's important to accumulate as much bone mass and density you can while you are young. Building up muscle mass and maintaining it for decades before inevitable aging processes start chipping away at it is important. Big limiters and killers of elderly people are lack of functionality due to diminished bone and muscle mass which leads to sedentary lifestyles which further increases the rate of loss progressing into full blown osteoporosis and sarcopenia. Delaying frailty as long as you can is best thing for longevity after a good diet. A good diet combined with regular light intensity exercise is enough to keep preventable heart disease at bay. The rest is up to genetics and outside of your control.
