half the calculations is marked unreliable (otherwise, data not available) because of really low sample sizes, and there's no error bars, so the graph is misleading

You're only eligible for refunds if you have been vaccinated. Oh, you didn't take your 217th booster? Sorry, then you're legally unvaxxed and hence not eligible for refunds.
